Not a Stranger
It was several minutes before the cemetery supervisor could ascertain that Mary was okay; she was just in momentary shock. Peter had her in his arms, and Mary, in turn, had the stranger in hers. They were all weeping uncontrollably.
Feeling more awkward than ever, the supervisor called the emergency health services, and they would arrive soon. As she hung up, Peter finally turned to her and said ”Thank you…” he seemed too emotionally overcome to say anything else. Mary finally revealed the truth, feeling a little more composed, ”This is our baby girl…” The cemetery supervisor was too stunned for words.
