Where Are Her Clothes?
If wearing green in front of a green screen is a big no-no, the same can be said about wearing a neutral, skin-like color on a TV transmission. Just ask Belina Russell, an Australian newsreader and weather forecaster best known for her work in “Nine News Sydney” and “Weekend Today.”
Russell’s neutral outfit would probably get a pass if she had decided to tone it down a little. Instead, the audacious Aussie decided to go beige from neck to toe. The result? A mass of unsatisfied viewers thought they were seeing a person without clothes when they turned on their TV sets.
