Debbie Harry In ‘68
Debbie Harry started her career as a backup vocalist for the folk group The Wind in the Willows. In 1968, the band went on to release an eponymous album under Capitol Records. Back then, Harry spotted a head full of brunette locks.
Harry left the band and joined the Stilettoes and later teamed up with Chris Stein to form Angels. In ‘74, Harry helped group the rock band Blondie and started sporting her now-signature bleached blonde look.
