Joining A Program
In all of Combs’s quest to try something new, she joined the Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program at her school. She was determined to find her purpose, and perhaps this would help her discover what that was.
Combs believed that joining the program was part of what she was meant to do. She also thought that the knowledge gained would further help her in life. This new development didn’t go well with some people.
