Ted Nugent – 73 Years Old – Still Releasing Solo Albums
The American guitarist Ted Nugent started his professional career in the ’60s as a member of the psychedelic rock group “The Amboy Dukes.” Later on, he embraced a successful solo career. Deemed to be a guitar virtuoso, he’s still active today. His most recent album, “Detroit Muscle,” was released in 2022.
“Cat Scratch Fever,” released in 1977, is the biggest hit of the man many know as “The Nuge.” Nugent is more than just a musician, though. An outspoken activist, he’s a board member of the National Rifle Association and one of the most famous opposers of gun-control policies in the United States.
