Julie Andrews – 85 Years Old – Still Active
Dame Julie Andrews earned a DBE for her contribution to the arts and sciences. She was also known as Britain’s Youngest Prima Donna. Andrews was 13 when she made her West End debut, and 19 when she made her Broadway debut in the play The Boy Friend.
On Broadway, she played Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady and Queen Guinevere in Camelot. Andrews took Hollywood by storm, starring in Mary Poppins in the title role and winning the Oscar for Best Actress. She also did voice acting on Despicable Me 3 and is set to lend her voice to franchise again in Minions: The Rise Of Gru.
