Betty Brosmer – 86 Years Old – Retired From Her Main Line Of Work
At the height of her career, Betty Brosmer was into health and fitness and bodybuilding. She is no longer active, which is no surprise as she passed her retirement age a long time ago. Brosmer was a popular model and pin-up girl in the ’50s, having appeared in magazines such as “Picture Show,” “People Today,” “PHOTO,” and “Modern Man.”
Brosmer met Joe Weider, a Canadian bodybuilder and magazine publisher, who lighted her interest in bodybuilding. They subsequently married and stayed married until his death did them part in 2013. Brosmer has previously served as an editor for “Shape” magazine and co-authored two extensive fitness books with her spouse.
