Paul Sinha gave up on pursuing a stable career in the medical field to pursue his love and passion for comedy and television. He hasn’t done too poorly, becoming a radio star and one of the chasers on the quiz show The Chase. He has also pursued weight loss.

Sinha’s goal was triggered after discovering that he was pre-diabetic during an appearance on Fast Fix: Diabetes. As part of the show, they put him on an experimental 800-calorie daily diet. He has lost 28 pounds and still follows the diet. In 2021, Sinha started hosting a show called Paul Sinha’s TV Showdown.
