As if in line with how the world saw so many disasters unfold in 2013, the Brown sisters posed for the thirty-ninth photo, which would be the penultimate one before taking a break for the next four years. We guess Nixon had a valid reason for not shooting any pictures in the following years.
This year also marked something unusual that didn’t happen in six hundred years – Pope Benedict XVI resigned, becoming the first one to do so in centuries. Amidst the gloom, this beautiful picture of the sisters standing harmoniously with each other symbolized a ray of hope!
