Balloons are typical decorations for many occasions. However, one of the hardest things about having them is lacking something heavy to tie them to and hold them down. However, with an old tennis ball, that will be a thing of the past.
Forget about balloon weights. Cut an “X” on top of an old tennis ball and add some pebbles or pennies inside to increase its weight and hold the balloons. The heavier, the better, as balloons are way less dense than air.
