Bizarre Things To Look Out For, When In Japan
Great Customer Service
The bath culture is one of the most respected traditions in Japan, with the practice being associated with not just relaxation but also purification. It is therefore not uncommon to see the Japanese communally dipping their feet in soothing water on a long hot day.

Even with this knowledge, it is still quite surprising to see a communal foot bath in a train. As bizarre as it is, a lot of organizations can take a lesson in such customer service. In any case, this looks like a great idea except for the part where we have to worry about how often that water is changed.
