We are so used to living in a world full of compromises that perfection often comes as something unreal to us. Take public transport, for example, unannounced delays, cramming way more people than the bus can hold, and whatnot. That is just how it works because nothing is perfect.
Well, lo and behold! Japan is on its way to prove that these are mere misconceptions and that perfection does exist. This train departed 20 seconds early, and the passengers got treated with an apology from the officials. This has left us baffled, and we can’t help but think that this is real? Are we in heaven?
