Strange Supermarket Mascots
While this vibrant orange-colored baby mascot may appear weird to us, look at the customers paying no heed to the walking sausage. It seems like it’s a common thing in Japanese supermarkets, which is why no one seems the least bit bothered.
Had it been some other country, this cute guy would have made a buzz in the store. People would be curious about it, whereas the kids would be poking the costume and probably accidentally knocking off a dozen jars from the shelves in excitement. Still, nothing of that sort is happening in this picture. Everyone seems pretty used to seeing this type of mascot.
