It’s hard not to marvel at the sheer athleticism and grace displayed by the synchronized swimmers of Team Spain as they compete in the free-routine final at the Glasgow 2018 European Championships. But let’s face it; artistic swimming is not for everyone.
Despite the countless hours of training and preparation that go into this awe-inspiring sport, some may never be convinced. And as for that warrior pose? It’s impressive, no doubt, but it’s unlikely to change any minds.
