Get Water Temperature Right

Long-distance joggers should always carry a bottle of water with them, as it’s vital to stay hydrated during runs that take one hour or longer. But is grabbing a bottle of water enough? Or is there a better way for joggers to get water at the right temperature?

Rei.com recommends putting a half-full bottle of water in the freezer the night before a run, taking it out, and filling the rest with room-temperature tap water to get fresh jogging water that’s not excessively cold. It’s a must-try!
