We don’t know what’s more satisfying: to drive a motorboat on a beautiful Norwegian fjord, or to watch from above as someone else does it. Either way, this scene makes for a beautiful and satisfying picture, in which the water below seems to assume a perfect spiral-like shape.
This happened in the Geiranger fjord, one of the many whopping natural locations you can find in the beautiful country of Norway. The term ‘fjord’ comes from the old Viking expression “der man ferder over,” which means “where you travel across.” Other famous Norwegian fjords include the Nordfjord, the Sognefjord, and the Hardangerfjord.
