When we say that Fridman goes out of his way to try and pass the message about self-acceptance, we were referring to photo requests like this one. This gorgeous girl explained that she had struggled with weight issues for a long time, and she wanted to look skinny for once.
Fridman explained that skinny doesn’t translate to beautiful and encouraged her not to let the battle of trying to lose weight prevent her from enjoying life to the fullest. He also encouraged her to stay active and eat healthy while allowing herself to be happy throughout.
