Cal’s auction bid was made out of an impulse. Naturally, they should’ve visited the site before investing close to $40K in an almost hopeless property. But one year after “the mistake”, Claire seemed to show no regrets. In fact, the young couple was grateful for what they deemed as a lucky blow of fate.
