Few can argue against the fact that Elisabeth Judson Shue was a symbol of sensuality during the ’80s. If you grew up during the Greed Decade, chances are, you witnessed the Wilmington, Delaware native work her magic in front of the camera in “Adventures in Babysitting,” “The Karate Kid” and “Cocktail.”
Recently, Shue has started finding work in showbiz once again, albeit with a very different look. Gone are her signature lavender-brown curls and the ’80s and ’90s leading lady has to make do with support roles for now instead. In 2021, she worked on the “From Now” podcast series and on TV projects like “On the Verge” and “Cobra Kai.”
