Taylor Momsen appeared in Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey, the typical good girl who falls off the rails. While her character lived out the changes on-screen, Momsen seemed to follow suit in reality. Momsen adopted a gothic appearance, wearing dark makeup.
Her drastic change wasn’t only in her physical looks, but she began being outrageously outspoken when talking to the press. Momsen’s behavior became even more erratic, and the showrunners felt like she had become unreliable. That’s when they decided to give her the boot. Momsen worked things out, and she became the frontwoman for The Pretty Reckless rock band.
