Mascot’s Bungee Malfunction
Jaxson De Ville is one of the NFL’s most entertaining mascots. It’s the Jacksonville Jaguars mascot for a team that perennially performs poorly, leaving the creature as the fans’ only hope of entertainment. The mascot has had over a decade of doing backflips from atop the stadium tied to a bungee cord.
The routine always lands him at the center of the stadium before the match’s kickoff. However, in November 2021, the mascot missed a step and got stuck on the bungee. The day got worse with the Jags losing the game.
