The 25+ Mascots That Decided to Grab the Limelight When the Camera Fell on Them
Sparky’s Painful Slip
By now, we all probably know that mascots are there as icebreakers and entertainers. If not, then you now know! While at their new park in February 2013, Sparky, the Liberty Flames mascot, decided to christen the new place with some moves of his own.
Walking on the beam, the bird slipped off and fell right in the middle of it, putting its crotch in danger. The laughter and agony that followed must have been in equal measure. The fans must have enjoyed the slide off the railing more than the successful walks the mascot had on it.
