PGA Tour player Ricky Barnes owes much of his success to his wife, Suzanne Stonebarger, a former professional beach volleyball player who attended the University of Nevada-Reno. During her time there, Stonebarger was a three-time all-conference selection and a member of the U.S. National Training Team.
She set several records, including being ranked first in career digs, third in career kills, and sixth in career aces. Additionally, she holds four of the top eight single-season dig totals, including the top two, making her a true star in the sport.
