It seems hard to believe that Steven Tyler wasn’t always the bonafide rockstar he is today. But even when he was younger, he still dressed to impress in his characteristic glam style. In this picture, presumably taken in the early ’70s, Tyler poses next to his bandmate Joe Perry, Aerosmith’s guitarist.
In 1970, Chain Reaction and Jam Band played in the same gig and decided to get together in one single band. Aerosmith was born. The rock ‘n roll act went on to become one of the most celebrated music groups in the United States, releasing over ten original records and countless successful singles.
