The Golden Age of Wrestling, Meet the Most Influential Pro Wrestlers of All-time

Mick Foley (Michael Foley) – Active 1983 to 2012

Old school WWE fans may know him as Mankind, the crazy masked wrestler. But for a significant part of his career, Michael Foley was just Mick Foley, a highly-physical athlete whose expertise was violence and dangerous stunts. One of the most prolific wrestlers of the 20th century, Foley adopted multiple personas and collaborated with many wrestling promotions, including ECW, TNA, and NWA.

Before entering the ring wearing his characteristic Grunge-styled clothes, Foley was the cowboy brawler Cactus Jack and the hippie jiver Dude Love. But despite his various characters and rebrands, he was gifted with an unmistakable style of fighting and considered to be one of the most extreme athletes in sports-entertainment history.
