Learning Comes With Hurdles… Literally?

Hurdles are a normal part of our lives; no matter how much we avoid them, they’re everywhere, ready to surprise and detain us. Even though that is a nearly accepted philosophy, this poor athlete was unprepared to face her obstacle, as it unexpectedly appeared during tennis practice.

That could be a sign for her to try other training harder for better on-court reflexes. These activities include goblet squats, bench presses, box jumps, lateral lunges, rotations, and medicine ball slams.
