Samuel L. Jackson – $13 Million, New York City
Samuel L. Jackson has no problem with being a real estate investor since he’s a highly paid actor in the industry. Most of you know him for starring in several Marvel movies. The fancy apartment you see above is his former New York City pad that he bought for $4.8 million.
New York pads are often small, but his four-bedroom apartment is quite spacious. It looks like he wants to upgrade to a better home because he listed this unit in 2018 with a $13 million asking price. Jackson has two upcoming movies titled Spiral and The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard.
