During the last quarter of every year, The Queen of Halloween can be found on many TV specials and shows reprising her iconic role of Elvira, the mistress of the dark.
Peterson’s alter-ego Elvira first gained notoriety when she served as the host of Movie Macabre, a weekly horror film presentation of the early ’80s. This led to many successful films and appearances over the decades, including a recent voice-acting role in Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo.
