Adrian Rawlins studied acting and art at Manchester Metropolitan University. He first appeared in productions such as ‘The Woman in Black,’ ‘Breaking The Waves,’ and ‘Blood.’ Then, in 2001, he landed the role of James Potter, the father of Harry, in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’.
He went on to star in other films from the franchise while also being involved in projects such as ‘Doctor Who.’ Adrian was a part of two series of ‘Prisoners’ Wives’ and 2019’s ‘Chernobyl.’ In 2021, he was seen in the popular series ‘A Discovery of Witches’, playing the character of William Cecil.
