Many travel brochures will feature cut-out, edited pictures of beautiful scenery that may or may not be accurate. The variance may also come from lighting that was perfect for the picture under different weather conditions.
For that reason, it isn’t surprising that this traveler is complaining about the difference in the beach sand color, which they expected to be yellow as per the brochure but turned out to be white. However, time spent on the beach does not depend on the sand’s color!
