Many passengers try to remove all metals before screening to avoid delaying the screening process. After all, it is not only embarrassing to be closely inspected, but it is also time-consuming! These passengers, however, didn’t even try to hide their suspicious belongings.
That’s because these were toys and replicas meant to be a joke to the TSA agents. However, this behavior is not funny because the personnel are dead-serious about maintaining the safety of passengers. As per the agency’s website, firearm replicas are prohibited in carry-on bags and must be in checked-in.
