Kate Middleton just can’t seem to escape drain covers, and on yet another occasion, she got caught up in a grate. A few years later, Middleton made an appearance at a 2018 event hosted by Action on Addiction only to have a déjà vu moment.
On arrival, she got herself in a spot when she accidentally stepped on a grate with onlookers witnessing the awkward situation. It didn’t take her long to pry herself from the little jam and gracefully continue with the day.
