Meghan Markle took over the top spot as the poster child when it came to breaking Royal style guidelines. The sheer Givenchy outfit she wore during the New Zeland stopover she made with Prince Harry on their 2018 royal tour caused a stir.
The pleated, blue midi-skirt had an illusion effect, and it made it look like Markle was showing off her legs. While there’s nothing wrong with that, you wouldn’t expect it from a member of the British royalty.
