We know that celebrities don’t just fill their closets with high-end gowns worth thousands of dollars that they barely get to wear. They might get a couple gifted to them by designers, purchase a few more, but most of the time, they’ll get the items loaned to them for special occasions. For loaned items, price tags have to stay on the articles of clothing for understandable reasons.
One of Meghan Markle’s ensemble during the 2018 royal tour raised questions when she was caught wearing a gorgeous red number with the price tag still on it. To give her the benefit of the doubt, if it wasn’t a loan item, she might have just forgotten to remove the tag, because old habits die hard.
