An Unintentional Curtsy
The Queen has a troubling relationship with the wind, at least that’s what we conclude from the endless number of photos where she’s struggling to fight through the elements. Her hat is always the target, and in this photo, she may look like she’s caught amid a curtsy, but she’s trying her hardest to protect the accessory from flying away with the wind.
Perhaps the Royal dressing protocols should ease up on the rule of requiring their female members to always wear a hat out in public.
