Do you remember this little kid? She became a viral meme after the 2010 Disney show, “Good Luck Charlie.” She is little Mia Talerico, and she played the lead character, Charlotte Duncan, in the show. This scene from the show wound up becoming a meme, pushing Mia to internet stardom.
