Parenting is never easy, and more so if the father and mother are busy with their profession. However, this doesn’t excuse the ever-controversial corporal punishment, just like what happened to Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson in September 2014.
Peterson was suspended for six games after he disciplined his son with a tree branch after the boy pushed his brother. As a result, the child bore wounds. More worrisome was how the athlete admitted the deed and seemed to have underlined how it was normal to punish his kids this way.
