Run Flat To Avoid Muscular Hips
For aesthetic reasons, some people don’t like having muscular hips. They can make our waists look larger and force us to buy new jeans (because the old ones won’t fit). There’s nothing wrong with having muscular hips, but if that’s not your cup of tea, jogging on flat surfaces is the way to go.
Running uphill is great for strengthening muscles such as the glutes and calves, but it also has a sometimes unwanted enlarging effect on joggers’ hips, so go for a flat route.
