Use the Treadmill to Practice Posture

A treadmill jog is much more predictable than an outdoor jog, so why not use the treadmill to practice some of the hardest aspects of running? These include, first and foremost, keeping a proper posture. According to Verywell Fit, joggers should run with their heads up, their backs straight, and a neutral pelvis.

It sounds easier than it actually is, so it is probably better to get a perfect posture on the treadmill first and then transition to the outdoors.
