Land Correctly

Before, we discussed the importance of taking shorter strides over long strides when running. But just like stride length, how joggers land their feet can critically impact their bodies and performance. The recommendation is to land on the midfoot underneath the hips, especially if the goal is to save energy while keeping those fragile joints in good shape (as they should)!
