Add Sprints to Jogs
One of the best ways to improve as a jogger is to add sprints to runs, especially at the end or at the beginning of a run. Sprints help to build endurance and muscle, but that’s not all. Sprinting at the end of a jog is a good way of pushing the body to the limit and improving as an athlete.
