Helping a family member in need is the ultimate way of showing support. Inherently, it can take a lot out of the person lending a hand. It’s not surprising then that in supporting their sister, this individual wasn’t as concentrated on work as usual.
In an instance where management could’ve been really horrible to them, these colleagues chose to band together instead to give this person some support. They even gave her monetary aid to help alleviate the medical expenses of her ailing sister.
