Who likes working in the rain, anyway? It can make nearly any job harder than it should be, and nobody really likes overexerting themselves when they would rather be trying to stay dry.
This co-worker saw his colleague struggling and understood what they could do to help. They knew there was no point in both of them getting wet, though, so he opted to bring in aid through that cute blue umbrella. It’s a simple gesture but one that does a lot.
