Non-Americans Explain Why They Love America, And Some of Their Answers Will Surprise You!
Stamp Of Approval
An American citizen decided to leave his native country and find a new life in the faraway land of Japan. But even though he loves his new home, there’s something he still misses about the USA.
After over a decade of living in Japan, this American citizen is still seen as a foreigner in the land of the rising sun. But that probably wouldn’t happen in a place like the USA. Arguably the most multicultural country in the world, in general, America, is open to people from all nationalities, races, and religions. Unlike other countries, the USA and its people will probably always welcome citizens from abroad and treat them as their own.
Like this American living in Japan has put it, he will never truly feel like a Japanese citizen. But a Japanese person can go and live in the USA and be treated as a full-credited American after a few years. That’s remarkable!
