Bob Ross hosted The Joy of Painting from 1983 to 1994. As implied, it was an instructional show all about painting. There is something so calming and soothing about watching Ross work on his masterpieces.
Fortunately, long after Ross’s untimely death in 1995, he lives on as an internet sensation. Episodes of his famous show are now available on YouTube, and three seasons of the show were also added to Netflix as Beauty Is Everywhere.
