Is Iran Changing for the Better?
The fact that the Iranian people are freer now than they were 40 years ago represents a change for the better. But that doesn’t mean Iran is truly changing. There are still lots of religious restrictions in the country, geopolitical issues, and social problems (not to mention the crippling inflation).
Modern-day Iran, however, is the unfortunate result of a regime that proved too radical to work. And while the Supreme Leader still has his supporters, most Iranians believe their country’s in dire need of change.
