The NBA has been around for a long time and has suffered its fair share of fashion and design failures. While some somehow managed to stick, others are long gone, such as the awfully short shorts due to a rule introduced in 1997.
The atrocious design left very little to the imagination, and although some players looked funny wearing them, we are glad they are gone. And looking back at it, how did the NBA even manage to have them for longer than it has been without them?
