There are athletes whose fans would give anything to see them return to action. However, Michael Jordan gave his fans the pleasure of seeing his game again for free when he returned to the NBA with the Washington Wizards in the 2001-02 season.

Michael’s stint with the Wizards was not what many expected, nor was his breakaway dunk in the 2002 All-Star Game. He realized his limitations at 39 years old and attempted a simple, one-handed dunk, which he missed terribly. For one of the game’s all-time greats, that is not what he expected of himself.
