All The Soda You Can Drink
If it weren’t for American bastions abroad, such as Burger King restaurants, non-Americans would never know the joy of having access to an unlimited number of soda refills.
Unsurprisingly, foreigners love the fact you can drink as much as you want without having to pay for it. Americans take it for granted, but in other countries, getting an extra dose of Pepsi costs as much as having a Pepsi to start with. Not to mention that, if it weren’t for the Americans, the world probably wouldn’t even have sugary drinks such as Coke, Fanta, or 7Up! Sure, non-Americans have fizzy water, but not too much else in that department.
Globalization has some downsides to it, but it’s generally great! While Americans imported some awesome drinks, such as beer and wine, they did pay back to the world by making great soda and inventing the fast-food industry. After all, who doesn’t love a Big Mac?
